This electroplated CBN grinding wheel is designed for band saw blade tooth opening and sharpening. A single layer of cubic boron nitride abrasive is electroplated onto a precision steel core with a durable nickel bond, so the wheel keeps a sharp edge, grinds with low heat and holds its profile over a long service life. The standard size is 200mm diameter x 75mm thickness x 31.75mm bore with B140/170 grit, suitable for 12TPI saw blades teeth opening.
