Product Description:

Resin diamond grinding wheel is a grinding tool made of diamond as abrasive and resin as a binder. It has the characteristics of excellent self-sharpening, high grinding efficiency and good heat dissipation. It is mainly used for fine grinding and polishing of high hardness materials such as cemented carbide, ceramics, optical glass, semiconductor materials, etc. Its preparation process uses low-temperature curing technology to achieve complex shape molding, and improves wear resistance and sharpness by optimizing the directional arrangement of abrasives and the ratio of binders [1]. This grinding wheel has significant advantages in the fields of tool sharpening, hard and brittle material cutting, etc.

Resin-bonded diamond grinding wheels offer exceptionally high surface finish quality. Thanks to their excellent self-sharpening properties and the inherent elasticity of the resin bond, they effectively absorb grinding vibrations, resulting in extremely low surface roughness (Ra),  preventing surface damage such as burns and micro-cracks on the workpiece, and ensuring perfect machining integrity.
