This electroplated diamond module is built for customers who need a grinding body that keeps its cutting edges far longer than conventional bonded abrasives. A single layer of premium diamond grit is locked into a tough nickel matrix, so the abrasive stays where it is needed instead of shedding from the working face. The result is stable stock removal, consistent surface finish and fewer wheel changes on the production floor.

• Wear resistant nickel-diamond composite layer – the plated bond is engineered for high unit pressure and continuous dry or wet grinding, resisting flat wear and edge rounding.
