This electroplated CBN grinding head is a mounted point built on a hardened steel wheel body with a single layer of cubic boron nitride abrasive bonded by nickel electroplating. With a 30mm head diameter and B126 grit, it reaches into bores, slots and internal contours where a full size wheel cannot go, cutting hardened steel and HSS with a sharp, cool action and no need for dressing.
