Resin bond CBN grinding wheel is a high-efficiency precision grinding tool that combines the superhard properties of CBN and the elasticity of resin and is widely used in the field of high-precision machining. Generally consists of a matrix, a binder and an abrasive layer. The substrate is usually made of aluminum alloy or steel to ensure structural strength and facilitate installation; the binder is usually phenolic resin, epoxy resin or polyimide, which provides elasticity and has a low curing temperature to avoid thermal damage to the CBN. Typically used for grinding the end faces of various tools or metal parts.
