They are characterized by a single layer of diamonds that is evenly distributed and a high degree of abrasive grain exposure. Structure and composition

1. Diamond particles are arranged in a single layer, with a particle size range of 80# (rough grinding) to W10 (fine polishing), and natural or artificial diamonds can be selected. Some high-end products use titanium-plated diamonds to enhance heat resistance and bonding strength.
2. Metal coating: nickel-based or nickel-cobalt alloy coating (thickness 50-200 μm), which wraps the diamond root through electrodeposition to form a mechanical anchor.
3. Base material: steel base, low cost, suitable for conventional processing, such as 45# steel.
4. Geometry: ball head, cylindrical head, conical head, flame head, etc., to meet different contour requirements, diameter 1-20 mm.
