1. This product flexible cylinder hone is a resilient, flexible honing brush with silicon carbide abrasives for use on mild steel, stainless steel, and cast iron. The brush provides soft cutting action and removes burrs from cross-drilled holes. Independent suspension ensures self-centering, self-aligning to the bore, and self-compensating for wear.
2. Honing brush is compatible with automated and CNC equipment to automate the debarring process.
3. Use for finishing work on any type and size of cylinder, block cylinders or liners in heavy-duty applications.
