The brush provides soft cutting action and removes burrs from cross-drilled holes. Independent suspension ensures self-centering, self-aligning to the bore, and self-compensating for wear.

2. Honing brush is compatible with automated and CNC equipment to automate the debarring process.

3. Use for finishing work on any type and size of cylinder, block cylinders or liners in heavy-duty applications.

Flexible filaments provide the correct pressure to create an ideal hone; one bore after another. It’s the ideal tool to create cross-hatch patterns for improved oil retention and increased part efficiency.
