Descriptions:

The range of our honing brush covevrs a wide range of grits for not only cleaning and finishing of bores.

both for hydraulic & IC ENGINE BORES AND LINERS. These are also extensively used in Plateau honing

of small bores. The special construction afford a mild but constant pressure against the wall of the cylinder giving a fairly uniform material removal & surface finish in the bore.  grits and sizes can be selected based on individual application and techincal parameters.

Application:

Our honing brush can remove internal burrs and passivate the angle of internal grooves. Burrs will be generated at the grooves and intersecting lines of the internal holes in the general mehanical addiation.

These burrs will scratch the rotary axis that is compatible with the holes, reduce the accuracy. and cause

leakage in the valve body, thus affecting the product quality.

The effect of polishing, after honing, makes the hole have higher accuracy, has achieved more accurate matching .
