Introduction:

Diamond saw blade is a cutting tool, widely used in the processing of hard and brittle materials such as concrete, refractory materials, stone materials, ceramics, etc. Diamond saw blade mainly consists of two parts. Matrix and tool head. Matrix is the main supporting part of bonding tool head.
The tool head is the part of cutting in the process of use. The tool head will be continuously consumed in the process of use, while the matrix will not. The reason why the tool head can play the role of cutting is that it contains diamond. Diamond particles, on the other hand, are wrapped in metal inside the head.
