In August 2025, a Turkish customer inquired about electroplated diamond tools. Since our products are custom-made, based on their description, they had previously purchased these abrasive tools locally, but the abrasive layer was prone to peeling and rapid wear. They believed that if we could solve their problems, we could establish a long-term partnership.

For their first test order, they ordered 15 of each size. The entire process—payment, drawing confirmation, production, and delivery—took 20 days. and the customer was very satisfied with every step. After receiving the goods and conducting a one-month testing period, the customer was quite satisfied with the product quality. We communicated with the customer one-on-one regarding details during the testing process and provided feedback to our factory technicians.To better address issues such as the durability and resistance to peeling of the abrasive layer, we continuously tried to improve the process.
Soon, the customer placed a second order, and this time the results were very satisfactory.
Now, our customer reported that all future orders would be placed with our company.
