The manual setting machine for the band saw blade MF4050 is very easy to operate and trouble free. When the lever is pressed, the teeth are opened. The return movement of the lever moves the saw blade to the next tooth. Depending on the type of saw blade, you can adjust the mode of the saw setting, for example: one tooth will not open and the other two teeth will open - in this mode two teeth are opened at the same time, one tooth is passed over.
The machine's wide and narrow adjustment frame can be adjusted to open the saw blade with a width of 10-50 mm. The touch bolt can accurately adjust the saw blade width.
This machine is suitable for the saw blade tooth (open circuit) of small and medium-sized band saw machine. It has the advantages of fast speed, standard of tooth selection, flexible and easy operation.
