Diamond Files Were Widely Used To Cut The Inside Right Angle Surface

CBN SHARPENING WHEELS

Description

File is made of carbon tool steel T12 or T13 after heat treatment and then quenching the working part. It is a small production tool. It is a manual tool for filing workpieces. Used for metal, wood, leather and other surface micro processing.

The thickness of file teeth is determined by the allowance of the workpiece, machining accuracy and material properties. Coarse tooth file is suitable for machining workpiece with large allowance, low dimensional accuracy, large shape and position tolerance, large surface roughness value and soft material. Instead, select a fine tooth file. Use, according to the requirements of the workpiece machining margin, dimensional accuracy and surface roughness to choose the size.

Advantage

We can make thousands of diamond files one month, and our products are always in stock .So you can rest assured of the delivery date of our products

Benefit

By following the rules below, the file will last longer:

Do not file hard metal with a new file;

Do not file the quenching material;

Forgings and castings with hard or sticky sand must be worn off by a grinder before a semi-sharp file can be used for cutting.

A new file is used on one side first, and when the surface is dull, on the other side.

When filing, always use a wire brush to remove the chip on the teeth of the file.
